Santa Teresa Gallura

"La Casina di Mamma" is situated in the historical centre of Santa Teresa Gallura, a picturesque Mediterranean village located in the northernmost part of Sardinia.

The house was built in 1940 and it has been completely renovated first in 1985 and, subsequently, in 2002. It has now been divided into 4 spacious flats, elegantly furnished and it offers all the services for a comfortable and relaxing summer holiday.

Three flats are on rent and "La Mamma", the owner of the house, lives in one flat during the summer months.

"La Casina di Mamma" is located 10 minutes on foot from "La Spiaggia di Rena Bianca", in English "White Sandy Beach", and 3 minutes from the village's main square.

The beaches of Capo Testa and Santa Reparata are 30 minutes on foot or just a few minutes away by car. All other services, like restaurants, grocery stores, newsagents and first aid are all within 10 min walking time.

The village offers a nice selection of services also during autumn and winter: all food stores and supermarkets as well as a large selection of restaurants are open. Doctors, health services and pharmacies are also available constantly during the week. Transportation services by means of busses also operate in autumn and winter.
